For breakfast, I had the Spinach and Feta Omelette with crispy hashbrowns, and it did not disappoint. The omelette was fluffy, packed with fresh spinach and tangy feta cheese, and cooked to perfection. Paired with golden, crispy hashbrowns, it was an absolute treat! Simon’s is a neighborhood gem where you can count on great food, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or just a pastry from their bakery, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!
